Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Return Window

• Full Refund: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Store Credit: Returns initiated within 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.
• Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• Tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging.
• Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage.

Not Eligible for Return

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Undergarments
• Basically deal items 

Return Shipping

Return shipping labels are provided through our return portal.

Choose to offset your return for $1.98 at checkout and avoid the handling fee.

If you do not opt in to the $1.98 offset, a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Local customers may drop off returns at our warehouse.

Please note: Returns that are not submitted through our return portal or have not been approved via email will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card.
